Director
With a career broadly based around people / project / programme management, enabling high performance teams, and building mutually beneficial subcontractor and client relationships, Paul’s intellectual property spans numerous sectors including Steel, Pulp & Paper, Water / Waste-water, Telecommunications, and Business Systems Development. An industrial engineer at heart (electrical/instrumentation and controls, including 15 years direct industrial design, costing, installation and commissioning), Paul has more recently focused on managing clients, teams and project delivery.

John is a Senior Electrical Engineer originally from the UK. He has a wealth of industrial and three waters experience putting him in a good position to assist with the Bay's and New Zealand's infrastructure growth needs.

Damien is an Electrical Project Engineer, originally from Switzerland.
He has seven years of experience in Switzerland, in residential, commercial and industrial electrical design, project oversight and client liaison.
His skills and qualifications enable him to approach New Zealand's infrastructure needs from a practical design perspective.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Aubrey is a Senior Electrical Project Engineer originating from Brunei Darussalam. His eight years in the Oil and Gas Industry in his homeland working both as an Electrical Design Engineer and a Project Engineer, with significant experience in onshore and offshore multidiscipline design, as-building and site survey activities, provide the tools to add value in the New Zealand infrastructure space.
